Tennille Gore Photography and Katie Mathews Photography have once again teamed up to bring you the 8th Annual Santa Sessions and Toy Drive event! We’re thrilled to continue to be able to offer you a personal and private photo shoot and experience. In addition to meeting the "Big Man" himself, without the long lines at those other places, we are also doing a toy drive. The toys collected will be donated to area charities and families in need.

Cost and what is included: the cost of the Santa Session is $279* for up to three children. For more than three children there is a $25 fee per child. Session fee includes 5 digital images from your session via download that are printable to an 8x10. You will get a gallery of all final images to choose from. Additional images may be purchased a la carte. (If there are more than three children you'll receive one additional file per child.)

You will also have the opportunity to pre-purchase all of the images we select from your session for just $179 which is $100 off the regular price. This upgrade price will only be this low for a limited time and is always a huge hit!

You will also have the opportunity if you'd like to purchase holiday cards, prints, and wall art. More information will be sent about that soon.

*In addition to your session fee, please bring a new unwrapped toy ($15 value) OR pay $15 at the door (and we'll shop for a toy or make a donation.)

Reservations will be made on a first come first served basis. Session fees are non refundable and paid in full at checkout.

Once an appointment has been reserved you will receive a receipt. We will email you additional details (i.e. location/directions, reminders etc.) a few days before the event.
This year Santa Sessions are scheduled every 10 minutes and there will be just one family booked for each time slot. It’s imperative that you arrive on time and ready to be photographed. Please understand, we cannot change this rule, as we will have other families coming right after you. Note: there are a limited number of appointments; don't wait because we sell out every year!

All Santa Sessions will take place in the Blue Moon Building located on Racine Drive. Specific location/directions will be sent prior to your appointment. Sessions will take place on Sunday, Oct 29th, Saturday, Nov 4th and Friday, Nov 10th/Veteran's Day.

One outfit or Christmas PJs only.

As always, we will have an all new custom set! We are continuing our theme of the different rooms/areas at the North Pole and this year we will feature Santa's Village. It will include 2 storefronts - a candy shop and a toy store!

Just a couple of other reminders:
-Only one family in the studio at a time and a limit of 2 adults with the children. You will wait in your car (or you can shop) and be texted when it’s your turn to come in.
-The photos themselves will be interactive with Santa, however, parents, please be prepared to be in the photos if need be (especially for those with children under the ages of 4 or 5).

***Please note that session fees are non refundable, given the nature of the event all appointments will sell out. In the unfortunate instance that you are unable to attend we will allow your retainer to be applied as a print credit to be used within six months with either photographer when a full session is booked. While no refunds will be given due to tears, we will do everything we can to provide images you will treasure!***
